• Support / Care Team: Comprehensive multidisciplinary team, including dedicated practice development and marketing support
• EMR / Technology: Cerner EMR, state-of-the-art orthopedic technology, including surgical navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive orthopedic careincluding general orthopedics, trauma, fracture management, and joint reconstructionacross inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.
• Collaboration: Partner effectively with a skilled team of physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and robust administrative support staff.
• Call Management: Option to participate in the shared call schedule to ensure seamless, continuous patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) or equivalent.
• Training: Successful completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency; fellowship training is welcomed but not required for this generalist role.
• Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) Texas medical license
• Languages: Spanish language skills are a valuable asset but not required
