Additionally, you will:/pulliLead with Heart display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team/liliSupport your Pharmacy manager in motivating, inspiring, and developing their Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps/liliIdentify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy and work toward successfully implementing those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals/liliAdapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting/liliSeek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomes/liliAlign others around our purpose to bring your heart to every moment of your health and gain support and commitment/liliFacilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride/liliApply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors/li/ulh3Education/h3ulliPharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliPharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health/lili0-3 years prior relevant work experience/liliMust possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP/liliStrong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills/liliComplete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe/liliAbility to:/liulliHave regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends/liliBe mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time/liliLift, scan, and bag items/liliFinger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm/liliReach overhead; able to stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items/liliExtend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift items/liliPrecision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions/liliStoop to a considerable degree and requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles to move items between low and high positions, including bending spine at the waist/liliVisual Acuity: Close visual acuity to perform activities such as: transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/liliAble to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customers/liliOccasional lifting of up to 20 lbs; exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects/li/ul/ulh3Ability To:/h3ulliObtain required pharmacist licensure within required timeframe per state guidelines/liliHave regular and predictable attendance including nights, weekends and holidays/liliComplete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager/liliComplete all required training and obtain required licensure (if applicable) within state guidelines/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliImmunization eligibility/lili3-5 years prior relevant work experience/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)/liliOnce state regulations are met, Grad interns should be striving to provide patient immunizations as this is an essential pharmacist function/li/ulh3Pay Range/h3pThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$19.75 - $42.00/ppWhether in our pharmacies or through our health service offerings, we are pioneering a bold new approach to total health care.
