Chief Pediatric Medical Officer & Clinical Strategy Lead

ChildServe is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead its clinical vision and performance. You will provide physician leadership for the Medical Staff and oversee quality, safety, and compliance efforts. The CMO is responsible for driving clinical program growth and innovation in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Qualified candidates should hold an MD or DO, possess board certification in Pediatrics, and have at least ten years of clinical experience post-residency, demonstrating leadership in healthcare quality and program growth. Benefits include competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
