At Elmer's Kitchen, our Front of House Support team creates welcoming, memorable experiences from the very first hello to the last goodbye. As part of our team, you'll help host, bus, and keep the Guest experience flowing all before 2:30 pm! (Weekend availability is a must that's when we shine brightest.)

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet every Guest warmly opening doors, welcoming them to Elmer's, and ensuring they feel at home

Manage the wait list and seating to keep service smooth and Guest-focused

Communicate with Managers and Servers about first-time Guests

Assist Guests with any special needs (boosters, high chairs, accessibility, etc.)

Keep the lobby, waiting areas, cashier stand, and restrooms clean and welcoming

Jump in as a Busser when needed:

o Maintain clean tables, chairs, floors, and windows

o Restock tables with fresh settings

o Clear dishes, utensils, and glassware to dish area

o Refill coffees and waters to keep our Guests happy

Help keep the sidewalk and parking lot neat and inviting

Complete side work and extra tasks to support the team

What We're Looking For:

A valid Food Handler's Card (required)

A valid Alcohol Server Permit (required)

Great communication skills (in the language most of our Guests speak)

Basic math and computer skills

Positive, upbeat attitude and love for hospitality

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and make great decisions with manager support

Team player who can also thrive independently
