No problem—no experience needed–sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a big plus! First step, get licensed. Bankers Life covers your Life & Health coursework to start your insurance sales representative business. Next, we help you prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam*, which includes coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion. Additional incentives that help you get started on top of earned commissions and bonuses. *The SIE® is an entry-level exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that is a required first step for individuals seeking to become Financial Advisors.
