- Sat: 6AM-6PM
- Sun: As needed
- Triage and treat occupational/non-occupational injuries
- Provide follow-up care using evidence-based protocols
- Support workers' comp and risk management processes
- Document all care in EMR and maintain clinic readiness
- Lead Stretch & Flex, conduct site walks, and support safety teams
- Perform drug screens, occupational health testing, and new-hire onboarding
- Deliver excellent customer service to employees and site leadership
- Current State Medical License (or ability to obtain per NREMT/State rules)
- ACLS certification
- OSHA-30 within 90 days (company-provided)
- 3+ years as a licensed Healthcare Provider
- Emergency, occupational, or industrial experience preferred
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- 401(k) with match

- 40+ hour weeks with overtime (1.5x)
- Night differential when applicable
