Why Join Us? * Competitive hourly pay: $16-$18/hour * Consistent overtime opportunities for increased earnings * Hands-on training and skill development * Stable, full-time position in a growing production environment Key Responsibilities * Perform MIG welding and assist with fabrication of steel frames and building components * Operate tools such as grinders, scrapers, welding hoods, and gougers * Follow all welding procedures, blueprints, and safety standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Participate in company training programs and adhere to policies * Support team production goals and complete additional assigned duties Qualifications * Basic knowledge or experience with MIG welding (preferred) * Experience with plasma cutting or oxy-acetylene torch is a plus * Welding certifications are helpful, but not required * Strong attention to safety and detail * Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Education & Skills * Ability to read a tape measure accurately * Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of fractions) Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods Schedule * Full-time * Overtime frequently available Apply Today!
