A growing food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its expanding maintenance team in the Green County, WI area. This is a hands-on troubleshooting role for manufacturing technicians who can diagnose equipment failures and make effective repairs—not simply replace parts. Experience repairing robotic equipment is required.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment, including robots.
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and controls; programming is not required.
- Maintain hydraulic and automated production systems.
- Respond to breakdowns and restore production quickly and safely.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
- Follow food safety, GMP, LOTO, and plant safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, particularly with robots.
- Electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with hydraulics and automated production equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with boilers, HVAC, CIP, wastewater, spiral freezers, flow wrappers, cartoning/packaging equipment, or similar systems is a plus.
- Experience writing/editing SOPs is helpful but not required.
What's in it for You?
- $30–$45/hour
- Choose between 2nd or 3rd shift
- Predictable schedule
- Growing maintenance team with advancement opportunities
- Broad exposure to mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and automated systems
- Opportunity to expand your technical skill set
- Work with a family-owned company with new production lines.
