Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) / OT Coordinator to provide assessment and rehabilitation services to pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess referred pediatric patients to determine their rehabilitation needs, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for improvement.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services based on individual patient needs.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment programs with specific, measurable, and achievable goals.
• Establish realistic treatment goals according to each patient's abilities, needs, and tolerance, under physician direction.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license and registration, or actively in the process of obtaining Virginia state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver
