Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role supports excavation, utility, and pipe crew operations on active job sites.
Duties include:
- Assisting with excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Supporting pipe crew with trenching, bedding, pipe placement, and backfill
- Setting pipe, checking grade, and assisting with connections
- Loading/unloading materials, tools, and pipe
- Assisting equipment operators and foremen
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Construction or pipe crew experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver’s license a plus
