- Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities and reduce aspiration risk
- Design communication treatment plans to help residents better express themselves and understand others
- Lead, guide, and direct delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure care aligns with established facility policies and procedures
