Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday per department rotation.

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality healthcare to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. This role involves direct patient care, administration of medications, and collaboration with healthcare professionals in the emergency setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient assessment and triage in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
• Experience in an emergency department or similar fast-paced clinical setting.
