Entry Level Service Advisor – Gerald Kia of Matteson

No previous automotive experience necessary. Experience working in a customer retail environment is helpful – restaurant, hotel, electronics sales etc. If you understand and respect the importance of customer satisfaction and retention, then this entry level position is for you

This opening prepares the candidate to become a highly capable service advisor allowing for advancement opportunities in any of our dealerships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills

• Starting pay range $ 19.00 - $21.50 per hour (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
