Beverage Glass Attendant

This position is responsible for collection, distribution, and organization of beverage glassware and related equipment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Monitors and navigates the casino floor to collect used glassware
• Efficiently returns glassware to designated service and public bars in a timely fashion
• Works with barbacks and servers to prioritize locations

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains organization in the established Earth and Sky central glass recovery areas

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision
• Ability to use caustic chemicals and operate standard equipment such as a dishwasher

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Understanding of cleaning methods

Training Requirements:

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
• Use of cleaning equipment
• Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Fast paced kitchen environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
