$1,000 sign on bonus paid over 2 quarters

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and document accurately
• Assist with mealtime, hydration, and medication administration as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
