Senior Quality Data Analyst

Supporting the Quality Management department, the remote Senior Quality Data Analyst will analyze data related to HEDIS-QARR projects and pharmacy adherence initiatives, develop actionable insights, and drive quality performance improvements. Key responsibilities Analyze monthly rate reports to identify statistically significant trends and evaluate quality improvement projects for Medicare and state-sponsored programs Create reports to monitor provider and network-wide quality performance towards Medicare Stars and NYSDOH quality goals Perform in-depth data analyses and develop predictive models while identifying data improvement opportunities and supporting quality initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in an analytical/quantitative field; Master's Degree preferred 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role 2+ years of managed care/healthcare experience preferred Proficient in MS Office and advanced experience with relational database applications such as SAS, R, or SQL Experience with statistical software/programs and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools preferred
