What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and design personalized treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
• Administer procedures such as manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, support devices, and wound care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services or refer patients based on clinical assessments
• Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic health records per regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment adjustments
• Support supervision of assistants, aides, or students as needed
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences related to patient care and facility standards
• Ensure compliance with APTA guidelines and state practice acts

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• At least 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or similar settings
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic procedures and wound care
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
