Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN Ayer, MA $60–$65/hour | PRN We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) on a PRN basis in Ayer, MA. Join a rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized care focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. What You'll Do Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide skilled interventions for gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility Develop appropriate rehabilitation goals and track resident progress Modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and response to therapy Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $60–$65/hour Flexible PRN schedule Collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Supportive clinical environment Qualifications Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply If you're a PT seeking a flexible PRN position where you can help residents improve mobility and reach meaningful rehabilitation goals, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
