Receiving Coordinator Hiring a Receiving Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Alameda that specializes in making tools that help measure and monitor power quality! Key Responsibilities Receive, identify, organize, and stock incoming materials Verify quantities, part numbers, revisions, and supporting documentation Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Conduct visual inspections of incoming materials and production components Enter and track inventory transactions within inventory management systems Utilize barcode scanners, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment Qualifications 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing environments Experience working with packing lists, inventory records, and documentation processes Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse equipment Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience within medical device, electronics, technology, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, 5S, and Kanban methodologies is a plus Logistics 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM $25/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
