Position Summary

The Office Administrator serves as a key member of the team, providing administrative, operational, and customer service support across multiple functions. This role helps ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office by coordinating communications, maintaining records, supporting internal processes, and assisting with various accounting, HR, inventory, and customer service activities.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a professional first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors, and team members.
• Coordinate communications and workflow between departments to support daily business operations.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, document management, and information retrieval.
• Support office operations including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assist with accounting, compliance, inventory, and administrative functions as needed.
• Help process sales orders, invoicing, customer accounts, and other transaction-related activities.
• Manage office supplies and support general office organization and efficiency.
• Promote and follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based work in a professional environment.
• Regular sitting, typing, and computer use.
• Occasional standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility.
• May occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds.
