Cook

Our client, a dedicated food service provider supporting military operations, is seeking a Cook or Cook Helper to join their team. As a Cook, you will be part of the food preparation department supporting the team responsible for preparing nutritious meals for personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cook

Location: Wrightstown, NJ

Pay Range: $21

Shift:  Need to be flexible with days -can be scheduled 5 days between Monday to Sunday
Hours: 5am-12:15pm OR 11:45am-7pm

What's the Job?

• Perform food preparation tasks including cleaning, cutting, and preparing meat, fish, poultry, and other foods
• Cook food using methods such as baking, grilling, frying, boiling, and steaming
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with safety standards
• Adhere to food handling policies, including bringing valid ID daily and following grooming standards
• Drive on base to ensure timely and efficient food service delivery

What's Needed?

• Experience in food handling and cooking is preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings
• Availability to work 7 days a week with varying scheduled days
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks as required
