Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities Coordinate and manage construction projects across campus sites, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and proof‑of‑concepts for technology solutions. Collaborate with federal teams, contractors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver IT projects using Agile, ITIL, and DevOps practices. Design and test software components for the M365 Power Platform and other cloud services. Define and document business requirements, business rules, and functional specifications. Lead and scale local marketing initiatives across multiple retail locations. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development for team members and stakeholders. Prepare and validate project estimates, financial forecasts, and performance reports. Support planning, design, and construction commissioning activities for organizational facilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional experience in construction project management, software development, IT operations, or marketing. Proficiency with Agile, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. U.S. citizenship (required for positions that involve federal security responsibilities).
