Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Memorial hospital AND MANOR

Description

Provision of OT evaluation, treatment and daily documentation of occupational therapy intervention in a hospital inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy setting per State of Georgia licensed occupational therapist.

Qualifications

Minimum of Master's degree in health science in occupational therapy from an accredited program; current OTR license to practice in the State of Ga.

Experience

Prefer 2-3 years experience in rehab or acute care setting.
