Main Requirements:

• Contribute to creating a seamless and efficient client service experience across the team

• Prepare and submit paperwork for client accounts, ensuring completeness and compliance

• Assist clients during account transitions and respond to service-related needs

• Possess or obtain financial licensing

• Support internal operations by offloading administrative tasks from advisors
