Caregivers/Home Care Aides Needed for Aligned In-Home Care in Marin and Sonoma Counties,  Full time – any and all schedules!

Compensation: $19-$24 per hour

Experience:

You are a reliable and dedicated professional with hands-on experience, either having worked with an agency or with a family member or friend.  You have the ability to add value, regardless of the stage of your career – just starting out, mid-career or retiree.  

You’re caring and compassionate, and you’re everything to everyone. You help those you know and love. Being a caregiver, for you, is not a job.  It’s your nature; it’s your calling.

Sick Time – 40 hours of sick time per year after 90 days of your first client shift can be utilized given that you have a scheduled shift that you are unable to work due to bereavement or sickness.

Aligned In-Home Care was founded by a caregiver! Our local office is women owned and operated by two longtime childhood friends who have spent their careers in healthcare. This is Home Care - no high volume, low engagement institutional environment, just support and companionship for each client, one-on-one, in their own home.  You will have a dedicated Care Manager who will work alongside you every day and every step of the way; we know good teamwork and regular communication is what we all want and need to do our best work. We know we can make a tremendous difference in the daily lives of the elderly and infirm.  We strive every day to improve their quality of life, and we want YOU to help us do it!
