Remote Call Center Specialist for Patient Care & Growth

Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a REMOTE Call Center Representative to handle inbound patient calls for affiliated ophthalmology offices. This fully remote role requires availability in EST, with shifts Mon–Fri 8:30AM–5:00PM.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and support a fast-paced patient-focused team. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and data-entry skills, proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel, and HIPAA-compliant privacy practices.
