HireNow Snapshot The CDL-A Driver will support over-the-road transportation operations by safely transporting primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight while maintaining exceptional customer service and full compliance with DOT regulations. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions while ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries.Transportation Operations

• Safely transport freight while maintaining scheduled delivery commitments.
• Operate over-the-road routes while complying with all DOT regulations.
• Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
• Follow company safety policies and transportation procedures.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Represent the company with professionalism during customer interactions.

Freight Responsibilities

• Transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
• Operate Freightliner tractors that are three years old or newer.
• Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
• Complete over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
• Protect cargo while maintaining delivery schedules.
• Deliver freight safely, efficiently, and professionally.

• 10 Immediate Openings
• Weekly Earnings: $1,202 – $1,512
• Annual Earnings: $62,504 – $78,624
• Competitive CPM Pay Program

Schedule

• Solo Driver Position
• Home Every Two to Three Weeks
• Two to Three Days Off Between Runs
• Over-the-Road Operations

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum three months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.

• Ability to support extended over-the-road assignments.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Missouri .
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous over-the-road driving experience.
• Experience hauling refrigerated freight.
• Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent defensive driving habits.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and professionalism.

• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
• Applicants who are not U.S.-based citizens.
• Applicants who do not currently reside in, or are unwilling to relocate to, Missouri.
