Responds to both internal and external inquiries.* Assists the Merchandising team with the preparation and proofing of necessary data, style lists, or reports for assigned tasks. Analyzes reporting for insights.* Assists in the curation of product for marketing purposes. Evaluates vendor products and selects those best suited to the campaign.* Enters, updates, manages and tracks Purchase Orders for Core Buys. Makes recommendations on re-orders and helps analyze performance.* Reviews competitor promotions and pricing, makes suggestions on pricing, promotions, and assortment.* Recommends changes in processes to improve service, quality, and/or reduce costs.* Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS****Required Skills and Experience**:* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).* Proven ability to collaborate with others to understand and complete project goals.* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills and be able to professionally interact with suppliers and employees at all levels of the company.* Excellent time management and decision-making skills and be able to prioritize and organize tasks and projects.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines, work independently, and be proactive.* Must be able to pay attention to detail and work effectively and collaboratively across various departments to meet goals and deadlines.**Preferred Qualifications:*** 1-2 years of Office experience, preferably in an e-Commerce setting* Degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.**Physical Requirements**Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.**Equal Employment Opportunity**It is company policy to provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and associates.
