We’re looking for a Bar Manager who brings energy, artistry, and a whole lot of hospitality to our Sushi-style bar restaurant. You’ll create signature cocktails, elevate classic drinks, and keep the good times rolling for guests who love a lively night filled with great food, great company, and great drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Mix, shake, pour, and garnish unforgettable cocktails with speed and style.

•           Maintain consistency and quality in every cocktail, beer pour, and spirit served.

•           Offer creative recommendations to guests based on their tastes.

•           Assist with bar inventory, ordering, and product rotation.

•           Recommend new drinks, menu improvements, and seasonal specials.

•           Uphold safety, sanitation, and TABC guidelines at all times.

•           Support FOH teammates and help create a seamless service environment.

•           Deliver warm, friendly hospitality service every shift.

•           Engage guests with personality, humor, and authentic connection.

•           Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere stay top-notch throughout service.

What You Bring:

•           5+ years of bartending or mixology experience in a high-volume environment.

•           A fun, engaging personality—and the ability to make guests feel like family.

•           Strong multitasking skills and a steady hand in busy service periods.

•           Creativity and confidence behind the bar.

Compensation Package:

• Competitive base salary $60,000–$65,000
