Leading quantitative trading firm that is looking to hire experienced Futures Portfolio Managers to build and scale systematic trading strategies. This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalised platform with significant investment in technology, infrastructure and research, providing Portfolio Managers with the resources needed to maximise performance while maintaining a high degree of autonomy. What we're looking for: A proven track record running profitable systematic futures strategies. Mid-frequency PMs with a demonstrated Sharpe ratio of 3+ are of particular interest. High-frequency PMs with a Sharpe ratio of 9+ will also be considered, alongside select lower-frequency strategies with strong risk-adjusted returns. Experience developing and managing production-ready, scalable trading strategies. Strong research, quantitative and programming skills. The ideal candidate will have experienced both large, established quantitative firms and smaller, entrepreneurial trading environments, combining institutional rigour with a hands-on, commercial mindset. Due to growth plans, candidates with shorter non-compete periods are preferred (6-months), although exceptional individuals with longer restrictions will still be considered.
