What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:

• Welcome customers with a smile and provide exceptional service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately
• Prepare cashier's checks and issue receipts
• Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing
• Answer customer questions and branch phone calls
• Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive branch culture
• Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality
• Occasionally assist at other branch locations as needed

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience in a professional financial environment is preferred.
• Cash handling and transactional experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Equipment/Software

• Ability to operate general office equipment, banking equipment, and banking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
