They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders, and mail distribution.What You Need To Make A Difference:High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.Now Hiring!
