Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Manager to join our growing organization. This individual will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, business partnering skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights into business performance, trends, and key drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to improve financial and operational performance.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending, investments, and business opportunities.
• Support long-range planning, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Identify process improvements and help drive financial system enhancements.
• Support special projects, mergers and acquisitions analysis, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or accounting experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced professional designation preferred.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, real estate, or professional services environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
