Demonstrate basic knowledge of cardio, strength, and functional training equipment (training provided). Assist members with proper equipment use and safe techniques. Support member retention by building rapport and encouraging positive workout experiences. Member Experience & Customer Service Greet all members with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment aligned with the club’s 'Judgement Free Zone' philosophy. Engage with members on the fitness floor to provide encouragement and support. Promote club programs, personal training services, and special events. Assist with member check‑ins, club tours, info calls, account inquiries, and membership updates. Cleanliness & Safety Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment, locker rooms, and high‑touch areas. Conduct light maintenance checks (changing pads, screws/nuts/bolts, lubing rods, etc.) and promptly report any issues.
