Property ManagerAs a CBRE Property Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.Responsibilities include:Providing formal supervision to employees. Monitoring the training and development of staff. Conducting performance evaluations and coaching. Overseeing the recruiting and hiring of new employees.Coordinating and leading the team's daily activities. Establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff. Setting and tracking staff and department deadlines. Mentoring and coaching as needed.Responding to raised tenant needs and issues.Conducting site visits and property inspections.Acting as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports.Developing and controlling annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecasting management plans and preparing monthly performance reports, explaining variances.Helping create programs that will assist the property with emergency recoveries.Preparing all required legal notices for approval.Reviewing tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is on time.Leading by example and modeling behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influencing parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.Applying knowledge of own job and how own job integrates with other people to achieve team and departmental objectives.Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.Requirements include:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Active and valid California Real Estate License is requiredPrior commercial office property management experience is strongly preferredPossession of industry designations such as Certified Property Manager (CPM®) or Real Property Administrator (RPA®) is preferredAbility to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job and departmentIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Property Manager position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Manager position is $136,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
