Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure proper product rotation, and execute merchandising standards. Implement and monitor security, cash control, and shrink‑reduction procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 5+ years of management experience in food service, grocery distribution, supermarket, club warehouse, big‑box, or mass‑merchandising environments. Strong background in P&L, inventory control, merchandising, hiring/training, cash control, payroll, and loss prevention. Proven ability to lead high‑volume warehouse operations.
