Director, Virtual Engagement

Mineralys Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Director of Virtual Engagement to build and lead a new remote engagement capability for its first commercial launch. The role reports to the Senior Director of US Field Excellence and requires designing a virtual sales model, managing team operations, and coordinating with field leadership to extend HCP reach across vacant and remote territories.

Responsibilities

• Design virtual engagement model including staffing approach, coverage rules, and territory triggers
• Build business case and execute team setup through hiring or vendor selection and certification
• Cover vacant territories and reach priority HCPs in remote areas via phone, video, and approved digital channels
• Coordinate virtual outreach with marketing omnichannel programs and ensure compliance with approved content
• Report reach, frequency, hand-offs, and business results; manage vendor contracts and team budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years pharma or biotech experience
• 3+ years leading virtual, inside sales, or omnichannel engagement teams
• Experience building or managing virtual sales teams in-house or via vendor
• Working knowledge of approved-content rules and compliance for remote HCP engagement
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; track record building trust with field leaders
