How you'll make an impact: Primarily concentrated analyzing data from various platforms and databases to measure the success of existing programs and identify further cost savings opportunities. Incumbent(s) supports Travel & Expense functions in assisting with both sourcing engagements and managing day to day sourcing, travel, and expense operations. Critical components of this role are analyzing spend data to identify and communicate demand savings opportunities and compliance reporting metrics. This role will serve as a primary customer service point of contact for Gallagher travelers and travel arrangers. Other responsibilities will include significant responsibility for key program monitoring and reporting. In addition, this position also encompasses assisting with measuring compliance to travel and expense policies, communicating items of importance to travelers, reporting issues, concerns, customer service, and other management/administrative/analytical duties as defined. Essential tasks further include: Data mining of critical spend data across multiple functional areas; Serving as a primary day to day contact for traveler and employee questions and related systems, setting up new user groups, issues, and customer service; and Overseeing Travel and Expense Policies.

About You Required: Bachelor's degree; 3 years related experience or High School diploma and 6 years experience in indirect sourcing and operations. Working knowledge of travel and expense commodity categories. Exceptionally strong written/verbal communication skills. Proven track record in analytical and prioritization skills. Preferred: Exposure to Egencia and Concur desirable. Behaviors: Ability to work self-directed in fast paced, multitasked, and matrixed environment. Self-motivated, proactive, independent and responsive requires limited day to day hands on supervisory attention. Advanced communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence a wide variety of audiences. Highly-collaborative style. Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Strong customer service mindset. Highly organized, results-oriented, and attentive to details.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
