A global leader in construction equipment manufacturing is hiring Production Specialists to help build the boom and scissor lifts you see on job sites every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn how world-class equipment is built from the ground up while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.

You will work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed with employees in mind, including access to an on-site wellness center. The consistent MondayThursday schedule provides a three-day weekend every week, supporting work-life balance.

Job Duties:

• Assemble construction equipment by fitting brackets, fasteners, and components
• Support quality analysis to ensure products meet standards
• Assist in the paint department as needed
• Track and record production information

Requirements:

• Interest in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

Day Shift Schedules:

• MondayThursday, 5:00am3:30pm
• MondayThursday, 5:30am4:00pm

Overtime Opportunities:

• Up to 2 hours after your shift
• Optional Fridays, up to 10 hours
