The Provider, a Family Nurse Practitioner, delivers high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings, focusing on patient satisfaction and compassionate care. Responsibilities Provide clinical care, including diagnosing, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic tests. Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to protocols and regulations, including HIPAA. Engage with clinical leadership to resolve patient concerns and improve care. Participate in telehealth services, managing patient follow-up efficiently. Support new employee onboarding and ongoing training. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold company values. Perform on-call duties as needed and comply with all licensing and credentialing requirements. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with 1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred. Active license, DEA, and DOT certification required within specified timeframes. Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family practice preferred. Proven telehealth experience and ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
