Job Description CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Kennebunk, ME! Manufacturing Associate is responsible for preparing parts for coating and finishing by operating automated and manual blasting and polishing equipment within a manufacturing environment. This role supports production quality through hands‑on processing and safe equipment operation. Location Kennebunk, Maine Responsibilities Operate automated blast cabinets by placing parts on spindles, monitoring rotation cycles, and removing parts upon completion. Perform manual blasting by placing parts inside cabinets and hand-blasting using attached gloves. Operate REM polishing bowls. Desired Background/Skills Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable performing repetitive, hands‑on tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other Information Location: Kennebunk, ME Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM.
