Assembly Technician

Production Operations Tech Our client, electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operations Tech to join their team. As a Production Operations Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Bellevue, WA Pay Range: $27 - $29 Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm What's the Job? Perform thorough-hole and surface-mount (SMT) PCB soldering, assembly, rework, and repair. Install, replace, and repair electronic components while preventing damage to printed circuit boards. Conduct functional and electrical testing of PCB assemblies using established test procedures. Interpret test results, identify failures, and accurately document test findings. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve processes. What's Needed? Experience working in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment. Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred). Experience troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies to the component level. Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and documentation requirements.
