As we continue to expand, were seeking a strategic and detail-driven Corporate Controller to lead our accounting operations and support executive leadership with accurate financial insight and reporting.

Position Summary
TheCorporate Controlleris responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, compliance, audit, reporting, and internal controls. This role supports executive decision-making and ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all business entities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the accounting department and oversee all daily financial operations
Supervise general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, job cost, inventory, and fixed assets
Prepare and review financial statements, WIP reports, budgets, and forecasts
Maintain systems for internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
Support tax preparation and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
Implement and improve accounting systems and ERP software (Foundation or similar)
Coordinate external audits and internal reviews
Lead, train, and evaluate accounting team performance
Maintain financial calendars and ensure reporting deadlines are met
Provide detailed analysis and insights to management and shareholders

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on managerial accounting construction experience
Associates degree or some college coursework (Bachelors preferred)
Strong background in: Construction accounting & job costing
Payroll, inventory, and general ledger management
Financial forecasting and variance analysis

Familiarity with tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance standards
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferablyFoundation and Miter)
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification
Experience withFoundationorMiterconstruction software
