Corporate Trainer

C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able to work for any US Employer without sponsorship Benefits & Extras Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefits Opportunity to influence technology adoption across the organization Collaborative, team-oriented culture Professional development and continuing education support Occasional travel to connect with teams across multiple offices Compensation $70-90K based on experience What You’ll Be Doing Partner directly with end users to implement technology solutions and deliver software training Create presentations and provide live, virtual, and recorded training sessions Design eLearning content, videos, job aids, and scalable learning resources Assess workflows and recommend technology adoption improvements Build and maintain knowledge resources for software, processes, and technology tools Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure successful user adoption and system functionality Support onboarding, technology rollouts, and AI-enabled learning initiatives What You’ll Need to be Considered Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field Background in a law firm, professional services, healthcare, financial services, consulting, or another highly regulated environment Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge Experience creating digital learning content, including videos and eLearning Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels Self-starter with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset Ability to translate business workflows into impactful technology learning experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
