Family Support Specialist Early Childhood & Family Center 2026-27 School Year 7 hrs/day - 181 days Salary range: 24.50 to 26.41 per hour Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and experience in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or related field. Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Community Resources Ability to relate to staff, parents and community Ability to work independently Initiative and creativity in performing job responsibilities Responsibilities Serve as support for assigned classrooms. Serve as a liaison between Families, School and community resources. Coordinate Family Support Services and related staff. Conduct Home Visits, including PAT. Complete reports, records, and documentation as required by Director. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as assigned by Building Manager/Assistant and Director.
