Forklift Operator Lead

Americold - 111 Imperial Drive - Responsibilities: Direct the work of others up to 25% of the shift, coordinate workflow with supervisor, train associates, ensure on-time completion and safety compliance; Load and unload freight using forklift and related equipment; Move product to storage areas and organize merchandise in appropriate areas; Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise for shipping; Check freight for accuracy and damage, maintain warehouse security, participate in physical inventories; Operate equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks, RF equipment); Report safety malfunctions and comply with OSHA standards; Maintain clean and orderly work environment; Attend to battery charging and perform duties as assigned by supervisor
