Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Frederick, Maryland . Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 2 weekends and 1 holiday per year in our Rockville office; After being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week. Compensation: $76,000 to $83,000 per year (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will: Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include: IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided Valid RN license Experience working with electronic medical records a must High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position Bilingual Spanish will be a plus Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus More important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
