Associate Financial Advisor

Role Description The Associate Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL. This role supports lead advisors in delivering comprehensive financial plans focused on retirement planning, investment management, tax-aware strategies, and legacy planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing plan recommendations, and assisting in portfolio reviews and adjustments. The associate will help implement financial strategies, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with the advisory team to ensure a high standard of client service and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves participating in client events, educational workshops, and business development activities as needed. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with the ability to support comprehensive client planning. Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, including understanding of portfolios, risk tolerance, and asset allocation. Experience or training in Retirement Planning, with familiarity in income strategies and long-term financial goal setting. Excellent communication, client relationship, and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; progress toward or interest in CFP® or similar designation is preferred. Life and Health license preferred High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with financial planning and CRM software.
