RN Behavioral Health Advocate

To support behavioral health initiatives, the full-time RN Behavioral Health Advocate will manage case administration and utilization review for behavioral health and substance abuse cases while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day management of behavioral health benefits for facility-based care Utilize clinical assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and evaluate the need for additional services Coordinate benefits and transitions between various levels of care, enhancing treatment plans and community service identification Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience Independent, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence At least 2 years of experience in a related mental health environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs Willingness to work occasional holidays and accommodate changes in working hours
