Job Description Job Description Seeking an experienced, energetic title closer to join our fast-growing, high-volume title company in the state of Florida. Minimum of two years of Legal/Title/Real Estate experience is required. Our team has a focus on excellent customer service, with an attorney on staff to provide legal support. Job Description The title processor/closer will process the file to clear title, and coordinate closing for customers, realtors, lenders, underwriters and other parties to the transaction. The employee will serve as the primary contact for all parties ensuring excellent customer service. Must be proficient in the following duties and skillsets: ● 2 years minimum experience in the field ● Notary preferred ● Florida title license is a bonus ● Open files, collect information, and enter into to Qualia software ● Examine title documents and fulfill title requirements ● Prepare Closing Disclosure statements/HUDS, title affidavits, and other required documents necessary for closing ● Perform all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of job duties ● Perform general office functions, as needed ● Strong software and technological skills ● Ability to conform to shifting priorities ● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility ● Possess strong problem solving & prioritization skills ● Solid written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment ● Self-driven individual with the ability to work with minimal direction yet be a team player ● All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
